Leeanne Legakis, RA, AIA, NCARB is the founder and principal of LL Architecture, P.C. With over 15 years of experience in design and construction, Leeanne has always strived for excellence, focusing on the delicate balance between efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
She began her career at a firm specializing in healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial projects. Working on large-scale, code-driven projects with tight deadlines laid the foundation for her ability to solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and design with intention.
She later expanded across multiple firms: residential, industrial, self-storage, fire department, retail, and multifamily developments. Managing diverse project types, often simultaneously, broadened her expertise across construction methods, building systems, and regulatory environments.
Leeanne is a Registered Architect in NY and accredited through NCARB, with the ability to gain licensure in any state throughout the U.S.
